CORRECTIONS AND RIGHT OF REPLY.

Matrix Reprogrammed investigates public records, institutions, relationships and contested claims. Accuracy requires a clear route to challenge, correct, clarify or supplement what has been published.

What We Will Review

A SPECIFIC CLAIM, A SPECIFIC RECORD, A SPECIFIC REMEDY.

A useful correction request identifies the exact page, statement, date, profile, chart or relationship being challenged. It should explain what is wrong, provide the strongest available evidence and state the correction or clarification requested.

Correction

Factually inaccurate

A name, date, role, figure, quotation, ownership statement, legal status, relationship or source description is demonstrably wrong.

Clarification

Technically true but misleading

A statement omits material context, uses an imprecise label or could reasonably create a false impression.

Right of reply

Affected person or organisation

A living subject, organisation or authorised representative may submit a response, denial, explanation or supporting record for editorial review.

Editorial Process

HOW A REQUEST IS HANDLED.

1 · Log

Request recorded

The submission is routed into the corrections and right-of-reply review lane with the page, claim, evidence and contact details supplied.

2 · Verify

Evidence compared

The published claim is checked against its original sources, stronger records, credible counter-evidence and any response from the affected party.

3 · Decide

Outcome classified

The result may be correction, clarification, contextual addition, source replacement, right-of-reply publication, no change or temporary removal pending review.

4 · Record

Material change preserved

Substantive corrections should identify what changed and why. Evidence classifications, confidence and unresolved questions are updated where necessary.

Evidence Boundaries

WHAT A CORRECTION DOES NOT MEAN.

Correcting one statement does not validate every alternative claim. Publishing a reply does not mean Matrix Reprogrammed accepts it as fact. Declining a requested change does not prove wrongdoing or bad faith.

Documented fact, official allegation, analytical inference, disputed claim and deep speculation remain separate evidence classes.

Safety and Privacy

PROTECT VICTIMS, MINORS AND SOURCES.

Do not submit illegal material, passwords, stolen credentials, private intimate content, graphic exploitation material or identifying information that could endanger a victim, minor or protected source.

Use the PGP route on Contact the Machine for sensitive but lawful documentary material. Encryption protects content, not complete anonymity.

Figures & Sources

Figures on this page

Checked: 25 June 2026

Numbers on this page are public-record leads. Crime, migration, sexual-offence, payout, death, and crisis figures must be tied to named official, court, police, parliamentary, regulator, or reputable source records before they are presented as settled.

Evidence standard

What counts as a usable figure?

Official statistics, court records, ministry releases, police datasets, parliamentary material, regulator data, or clearly named public reports. Nationality, foreign-born status, asylum status, immigration status, charge, suspect, conviction, and victim categories must not be mixed.

Document trail

Open the underlying record

When the figure matters, follow the document link, source file, court record, official release, PDF, book, or video. The visible page should help readers reach the underlying evidence fast.

Follow the structure

Place this page inside the architecture of power.

Move between actors, institutions, policy, money, jurisdiction and consequence so no dossier becomes an isolated claim.
