# Epstein Network Architecture Matrix

## Boundary
This matrix exposes network function, not automatic criminal guilt. A record can prove contact, money, travel, scheduling, testimony, contradiction, settlement, map-node appearance, or institutional access. Criminal attribution requires conviction, plea, court finding, authenticated exhibit, admission, or clearly supported legal record.

## Speculation Rule
Speculation is allowed only as a labelled question. It must state what record triggered the question, what is missing, and what would confirm or falsify the theory.

## Network Functions
- Capital Class / Billionaire Tracker: Names and institutions appearing on EFTA01104262/EFTA01104263, plus independent records for net worth, investments, company filings, foundations, political money, property/entity leads, and public aircraft/company-aircraft references. Evidence class: Source map / public-record wealth lane
- Access Network: Who had access, who introduced whom, who kept contact after conviction, who appears across emails, schedules, court filings, visitor records, or public reporting. Evidence class: Documented association / contact / invitation / meeting trail
- Logistics Network: Who arranged travel, rooms, appointments, errands, accommodation, flights, and property access. Evidence class: Scheduling / travel / staff / property record
- Money / Legitimacy Network: Payments, charitable introductions, institutional donations, consulting claims, science or academic access, foundations, wealth managers, and reputation-building transactions. Evidence class: Financial / philanthropy / consulting / institution record
- Reputation Repair Network: How Epstein or connected figures sought prestige, intellectual cover, media framing, elite introductions, charitable association, and public rehabilitation. Evidence class: Media / public-relations / academic / philanthropy lane
- Legal Pressure / Silence Network: Settlements, NDAs, threat letters, sealed records, delayed disclosures, legal denials, retractions, discovery fights, and subpoena boundaries. Evidence class: Court / settlement / NDA / litigation lane
- Media / Political Leverage Network: Emails or reporting showing how Epstein-related information could become political leverage, reputation leverage, debate-stage risk, or media framing. Evidence class: Email / strategy / public denial / timing lane
- Institutional Failure Network: Missed warnings, weak prosecutions, plea deals, institutional tolerance, poor victim protection, delayed disclosure, and failures by law enforcement, universities, charities, banks, or powerful institutions. Evidence class: Oversight / law-enforcement / institutional review lane
- Speculation Quarantine: Questions raised by record patterns that are not yet proved: intelligence-adjacent access, possible leverage operations, unexplained money flows, protected networks, or coordinated silence. Evidence class: Labelled theory / open question only
