Evidence Boundary

Appearance in an Epstein-related public file is a research lead, not proof of wrongdoing. This system separates documented fact, sourced analysis, reasonable inference, speculation, unsupported claims, and missing records. No person, company, institution, flight, address, meeting, email, phone number, or association should be treated as proof of serious conduct unless supported by court records, sworn evidence, official findings, judgments, or other reliable public records.

Theory Lab Boundary

The Theory Lab is for hypothesis mapping only. It is not evidence, not accusation, not proof of wrongdoing, and not a substitute for court records or verified sources. The system keeps theories separate from the evidence ledger.

Every theory must be labelled speculation unless supported by evidence levels 4 to 5.
No person may be labelled as having done anything serious without court-confirmed evidence.
Theory cards must include what would support and what would falsify the theory.
Theory cards cannot update dossiers as fact unless manually promoted after source review.
