- Check for later judgments, dismissals, appeals, corrections, settlements or implementation records.
- Add a counter-record or alternative explanation before making a broad conclusion.
Non-Negotiable Evidence Rules
- Primary government, court, regulator, inspector-general and official archive records receive the highest evidence weight.
- A conviction, judgment, guilty plea, official sanction or final enforcement order may support a finding of established wrongdoing within the exact scope of that record.
- An indictment, charge, complaint, investigation or allegation is not proof of guilt and must be labelled accordingly.
- Leaks and archive releases are evidence leads. Documents must be authenticated, dated, contextualised and cross-checked before they support a substantive accusation.
- Every conclusion must state the source, evidence grade, what the record establishes, what it does not establish, the mechanism, affected power route and the next record needed.
- Source failures, removed files, changed indexes, unexplained gaps and contradictory versions are tracked as missing-record or transparency findings, not automatic proof of corruption.
- The machine investigates vigorously but does not invent intent, guilt, coordination or criminality beyond the evidence.
