MIGRATION FLOW PANEL.

This panel tracks migration, irregular or unauthorized border movement, and crime-data source splits without pretending every dataset measures the same thing.

MIGRATION FLOW STATUS > Encounters do not equal people > Asylum applications do not equal illegal entries > Removals and returns are separate categories > Official sexual-offence totals exist > IMMIGRATION-STATUS SPLIT NOT CLEAN > SUSPECT DATA ONLY — NOT CONVICTION > Unknown status remains unknown

Sexual Offence Statistics / Migrant-Status Split By Country

Every listed country has official sexual-offence or sexual-violence statistics. The missing piece is not the existence of sexual-assault figures; it is the clean source split by immigration status, asylum status, irregular status, suspect stage, charge stage, and conviction stage.

EU official total marker

Eurostat 2024 sexual-violence marker

256,302 sexual violence offences · 98,190 rape offences

EU police-recorded sexual-violence totals exist. They are useful as official totals, but they do not answer the migrant-status question by themselves.

Evidence warning: police-recorded offences, suspects, prosecutions, convictions, prisoners, nationality, citizenship, foreign-born status, asylum status, and irregular status are different datasets.
